Our Story

Tu Organics Beauty Academy is more than a cosmetology school; it’s a mission in motion. Launching in Fall 2026, our academy in Pahrump, Nevada, will offer a transformative learning experience that combines sustainable beauty education with real-world business skills.

Founded by Mariatu Tu Browne, a visionary entrepreneur and educator, the Academy builds on the legacy of Tu Organics Salon, established in 2016. Created for women overcoming adversity, especially survivors of abuse, incarceration, and trafficking, our programs are designed to inspire confidence, independence, and leadership.

With hands-on training in organic cosmetology, access to mentorship and micro-grants, and a strong emphasis on wellness and entrepreneurship, Tu Organics Beauty Academy equips students to thrive in today’s conscious beauty industry.
