LEVEL 1:CORE (200 Hours)
Goal: Establish foundational knowledge of cosmetology practices.
Modules:
- Orientation & Professional Image
- Nevada State Laws & Regulations
- Safety, Sanitation & Infection Control
- Anatomy & Physiology for Beauty Pros
- Introduction to Hair: Structure, Types, Scalp Care
- Tools & Equipment: Proper Handling
- Shampooing, Conditioning, Draping Techniques
Hands-On Practice:
- Mannequin work: scalp massage, sectioning, basic draping
- Safety drills and sanitation procedures
LEVEL 2: ADAPTIVE (500 Hours)
Goal: Develop intermediate practical skills and apply techniques under supervision.
Modules:
- Haircutting (Shears, Clippers, Razors)
- Hairstyling (Blow-drying, Braiding, Updos)
- Hair Coloring Theory + Techniques (Permanent, Semi, Foils)
- Chemical Texture Services (Relaxers, Perms, Keratin)
- Client Consultation & Product Knowledge
- Organic Color and Non-toxic Smoothing Systems
Hands-On Practice:
- Live clinic floor training begins
- Scalp analysis and treatments using organic products
- Instructor-supervised real client services
LEVEL 4:CREATIVE (500 Hours)
Goal: Master advanced services, problem-solving, and creative expression.
Modules:
- Precision Haircutting & Advanced Color Correction
- Formal Styling (Bridal, Editorial)
- Skin Care: Facials, Waxing, Hair Removal
- Makeup Artistry (Day, Night, Organic Skincare Basics)
- Nail Technology Basics (Manicure, Pedicure, Polish)
- Specialty Services: Locs, Twists, Extensions
- Cultural Competency in Beauty
Hands-On Practice:
- Complex client consultations
- Peer coaching and collaborative assignments
- Participation in photo shoots or showcase events
LEVEL 4: PROFESSIONAL (400 Hours)
Goal: Develop intermediate practical skills and apply techniques under supervision.
Modules:
- Haircutting (Shears, Clippers, Razors)
- Hairstyling (Blow-drying, Braiding, Updos)
- Hair Coloring Theory + Techniques (Permanent, Semi, Foils)

1600-Hour Cosmetology Program
- Program Duration: 9 Months (Approx. 40 weeks)
- Instructional Hours: 1600
- Delivery Format: In-person | Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Certification Upon Completion: Eligibility to sit for the Nevada
- State Board Cosmetology Exam
