FUNDING OPTIONS

 Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA)
We participate in federal financial aid programs for those who qualify. You may be eligible for:

FEDERAL PELL GRANT

What’s a Grant?

A grant is a form of financial aid that doesn’t have to be repaid (unless, for example, you withdraw from school and owe a refund).
The Federal Pell Grant program provides need-based grants to low-income undergraduate and certain post-baccalaureate students to promote access to postsecondary education.
A FAFSA or Federal Application for Federal Student aid must be completed at www.studentaid.gov to apply for all federal aid.

Federal Subsidized Loans are available to undergraduate students with financial need. Your school determines the amount you can borrow, and the amount may not exceed your financial need.

Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans are available to undergraduate and graduate students; there is no requirement to demonstrate financial need. Your school determines the amount you can borrow based on your cost of attendance and other financial aid you receive. You are responsible for paying the interest on aDirect Unsubsidized Loan during all periods.

PLUS loans are federal loans that parents of dependent undergraduate students can use to help pay for college or career school. PLUS loans can help pay for education expenses not covered by other financial aid.

Students who have experienced domestic violence, human trafficking, or incarceration may be eligible for full or partial tuition scholarships through our nonprofit partner, Browne Foundation scholarship also includes a free cosmetology kit for qualified students.

We offer interest-free, in-house payment plans to break your tuition into manageable monthly payments.

We proudly partner with Nevada’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and local employment agencies to support eligible students with tuition, books, and supplies.

We welcome veterans and military-connected students. Contact our Financial Aid Office to determine which benefits you can apply toward your tuition and fees.
